If you are looking for a relaxing site with some scenic Carp fishing, then look no further. Follyfoot fishery is a well established, mature lake offering day or night fishing. Non-fishing partners are welcome.
The lake covers approximately 3 acres in a beautiful & tranquil setting at the foot of the Quantock Hills. Follyfoot really is one of the top Carp Fishing locations in the UK.
Specimen Fishing
The lake is well stocked with a variety of Koi, Mirror, Common and Ghost Carp. The majority of which weigh in the doubles, plenty in the twenties and a few very large fish which have evaded being landed for some years. One of which was caught seven years ago and weighed 28lbs at that time. The Lake is surrounded with security fencing to protect our night fishermen.
Lake & Huts
Our three acre lake is surrounded by nine purpose-built wooden cabins. They contain a battery operated light and a small table. The lake is 6ft deep at one end and 12ft at the other.
Huts are bookable in advance and we advise you do so as early as possible, especially during the summer months. They are designed for two people.
