Carp Lake Rules

No poles to be used at this venue. Carp rods only please.

To avoid contamination by Herpes virus landing nets and unhooking mats provided by the fishery must be used. No pets except for guide dogs. The management reserve the right to refuse entry, or remove persons causing a disturbance. Respect must be shown at all times to other anglers and the surrounding countryside.
All anglers must be in possession of a current valid EA rod licence.
 Barb-less hooks only. No braid main-line. No fixed rigs. All litter to be taken away.
No fires to be lit. Weigh slings must be used for weighing and if a fish is to be photographed it must be well supported close to the ground and held over a unhooking mat.
No keep-nets or sacks to be used.
 No radios. Alarm noise to be kept to a minimum.
Klin-ik or similar must be available for use.
